Ashley is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive leader with over 15 years of experience in sales, partnerships, and strategic development across the media, entertainment, and technology sectors. As the founder and CEO of The Relish, a venture-backed sports media company, she led her team to success culminating in an acquisition by Rebel Girls, where she then served as Chief Revenue Officer. Her career has been marked by a diverse range of experiences from working with professional sports teams to tech giants such as Pandora and supporting Silicon Valley startups from seed to Series D stages.

Ashley’s journey has spanned the critical growth phases of companies, from pre-IPO to IPO and through multiple acquisitions, where her strategic insight and leadership in sales, partnerships and business strategy have been instrumental. She has also advised a series of early stage startups and founders across the 500 Startups ecosystem and beyond. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree from Linfield University and continuing education certifications from Harvard. Her passions include motherhood, health and wellness, music, reading, travel, the outdoors and meaningful connection.
